Flight Delays

All passengers who make a reservation with Protrans will not be assessed any additional charges due to weather or airline induced delays. We understand that nothing is perfect, especially travel.

The ProTrans Park City office constantly monitors flight information provided to us by our customers, so that we can have our transportation drivers available for your pick up even if you are late.

Stops for Groceries, Lift Tickets, Etc...

Protrans Park City will provide a courtesy stop for Keys only. This courtesy stop must be requested on the day of your reservation. Customers that wish to stop and do not request a stop will be served on a space available basis. All Key stops that exceed 10 minutes will be billed at $20 per each 15 minutes. Grocery & liquor store stops are billed at the same rate.

No Shows & Refunds

Passengers who make a reservation with ProTrans and do not show up for their reservation will be charged 100% of their transportation cost. ProTrans will not refund any amount of billed transportation cost to any passenger who provides incorrect reservation information to a ProTrans representative that results in a conflict within the ProTrans transportation management system.

 

Cancellation Fee

All reservations made via phone or online are subject to a $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations prior to 24 hours of a customers reservation time will be eligible for 100% refund of their transportation cost less the cancellation fee. Any passenger who wishes to cancel their reservation within 24 hours will be billed at 100% of their transportation cost.
